Awful decal. It is scattered in attempt it to translate. There are ideas as it to correct?

So, some weeks ago I started GOODSMILE BMW Z4 GT3 2011 from Fujimi in 1/24 scale.
Now I'm thinking on how it is better to cut out masks for windows.
Here is some progress pics:
Only in the photo noticed that there are paint smudges on a wheel.
Ok. My work on models is slower than I want it to be :)
Opel is almost ready to varnishing.
